The purpose of this study was to determine on the factors influencing employee motivation at Kim Hin Industry Berhad in Kuching, Sarawak The study was conducted by reviewing theories associated with motivation. The research focuses on exploring variables that drive employees' motivation, thus, the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that influence employee motivation at the company were examined.
