Abstract Organization climate and teacher’s job satisfaction plays an important role in determining the success of the school. The purpose of the study is to examine the organizational climate which influences the teachers’ job satisfaction in private schools in Subang Jaya District. It is also to determine the level of teachers’ satisfaction. The purpose is also to determine the relationship between organizational climate and teacher job satisfaction. The method used was the survey method and the data was obtained from the questionnaire using the five points Likert Scale. Instrument Organizational Climate Description Questionnaire (OCDQ-RS) developed by Hoy et al. (1968) is used to measure the organizational climate. Whereas, the Teachers’ Job satisfaction Questionnaire (TJSQ) instrument developed by Lester (1987) is used to measure teachers’ satisfaction. The population was 150 teachers from 10 private schools in Subang Jaya District. Samples of the study were randomly selected. The processed data involves descriptive statistics of frequency measurements, mean score, standard deviation and percentage. Data is also processed using inference statistics namely T-Test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Regression. Finding shows that the organization climate is at moderate level. Teachers' satisfaction score is at a high level. There is significant correlation between organizational climate with teacher job satisfaction and organizational climate influencing teacher job satisfaction in private schools in Subang Jaya. Based on the findings, several suggestions could be made to maintain the level of job satisfaction among teachers in private schools such as the involvement of the principals in training workshops to enhance humanitarian and technical skills. Systematic supervision also needs to be implemented and the teacher's view should be taken into account.
