Abstract
|
The aim of this paper is to study the university students’ consumer behavior affected by the Big-Five personality towards the customized stationery, and to determine if the customized stationery business can be started in a digital world. In the first part, results of a short empirical survey of the consumers purchase behavior affected by personality are presented. These show that there are relating issues of personality towards the customized stationery, where it compatible with one’s lifestyle and personal image, but at present students did not aware of this products which have this effect. The study then identifies the importance of the stationery such as paper books, pens and tools, and further emphasizes how traditional stationery still survive in a digital world. In conclusion, the paper argues that there are two major personalities that really affect the factors of the customer purchase intention towards the customized stationery, which means that this business can be started. This thesis hopes to offer all the businessman useful tips on running this stationery business, and thus make a small contribution on improving the general standard of master’s theses.
