Abstract
|
Among this recent year, the acceptance of mobile phone has been grow rapidly and
globally around the world, and including Malaysia where mobile phone are nowadays a
common tool for communication. While the mobile phone consumer buying behavior has
not yet widely being examined, we explore this work by investigating consumer buying
behavior in mobile phone market. The study has run survey of 200 customers and looks
at their buying behavior by affected by factors to purchase the new mobile phone. The
result indicates that the five factors: price, brand, physical appearance, core technical
features, and value added features are affecting the customer during buying a mobile
phone. The conclusion of study will consist with a series of implication and proposal
regarding to future studies in this under researched area.
