Five factors have been drawn up after performed several literature reviews. A survey was conducted to find out the responds based on the five factors to identify the significant relationships amongst the willingness to adopt to the loyalty programs offered by petroleum retailers in Klang Valley. The quantitative data collected from the survey have been put on several tests to ensure the reliability of the data and as well to determine the significance between the factors and the willingness of adoption. Some valuable findings were discovered based on the research results when cross-checking with the previous surveys and researches stated in the literature reviews. A few recommendations were drawn dedicated to the petroleum retailers whenever they are attempting to offer a loyalty plan to their consumers in the near future. The project was taken about 5 months to complete since January 2017. |
