The purpose of this research is to study the relationship of cost saving, competitive advantage, business continuity and staffing flexibility to finance and accounting activities outsourcing effectiveness. Four suggested hypotheses were tested in two outsourcing pioneer companies within Penang. Generally, the results of the collected data support the formulated hypotheses.
