Abstract
|
E-commerce was growth in Malaysia year by year, the Internet technology growth around the world, online shopping became popular and people also accept the concept to it, we can see successful of AirAsia introduce the online air ticket booking system, people were enjoy to get the lower price ticket.
The growth of online shopping are not reflect to the growth of Internet in Malaysia even the broadband penetration was increase.
This study will find out the factors influence the inclination of online shopping among college student, because this category will have the large buying power after they graduated and working in future. The objective is help online retailer look into the main factor affect the intention of online shopping in Malaysia.
The factors will be study in this research are the price, trust, security, ease of use factor, for each factor will carried out convert a set of observations of possibly correlated variables into a set of values of linearly uncorrelated variables, mean that the minimize the variable number to explain the factor affect the inclination of online shopping among college student.
The study will get the most important factor influence the inclination of online shopping among the college student in JB and get to know how to target the potential customers and given the insight to improve the current situation of Malaysia online market. The results support the factor has been found to be important predators toward the inclination of online shopping among college student in JB.
