Abstract
|
Vocabulary is the central part of all aspects of language competences. The purpose of the study was explained the effect of using explicit teaching of Mind-map and Journal Skills via an eight week programme as an intervention programme for Form 1 students. To achieve this aim of a quasi-experimental design by using pre-test and post-test were used to collect quantitative data. Therefore, a Convenient Sampling were used to select twenty students of low-proficiency students to participate in this study.
