| 520 | 3 | | \a The propose of the research is to study the factors affecting employees work performance in an organization by a manufacturing perspective, the study is to help firms to define factors for work performance improvement by understanding from the employees behaviours and perception towards these four factors in the workplace. The research intend to persuade the relationships between work performance and factors such as compensation and benefit, conducive working environment, training and career development, profitable (rewards) and caring of employer on employees work performance. A number of 322 respondents were participated in the survey, the survey was conducted between all levels of employees in manufacture and all information were collected through a specific questionnaire designed in the likert scale, the data was using descriptive statistic, Pearson correlation and Multiple regression for results analysis. The empirical results indicated and revealed the presence of a positive significance and relationship between these four factors affect to work performance, the whole research project has taken about five months to accomplish and started in January 2017. |
