Abstract
|
The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of outsourcing with respect to improve organizational performance with cooperation among the vendors. With regard to the quest for competitive advantage by efficiently and effectively on utilization of resources for organizational improvement, the organization should carefully examine this matter as to better understand the future business environment. Furthermore, the primary benefit sought from outsourcing is cost reduction, break down functional barriers, create a work system which produce highest productivity and at the same time concerned on employee well being.
Four suggested hypotheses were tested among the working adults from different industries. Obviously, the results of the collected data positively support the formulated hypotheses. The study concluded that there is positive relationship between outsourcing and organizational performance whereby majority of respondents have positive perception on the benefit of outsourcing. Organizational performance showed significant increase in organization after adopting the outsourcing services. Furthermore, this study formed additional results which revealed that outsourcing able to increase the efficiency, performance and transparency of the organization; however, outsourcing will cause cultural misfit and loss of trade secret for the organizations.
