Abstract
|
The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors that will improve the nursing quality in General ward. There are two type of healthcare sector in Malaysia, which is public and private. Private hospital are becoming one of the commercial business in the market today. The importance are given in the service quality as the assurance, responsiveness skills knowledge and communication. The researcher have study in improving the quality service in a general ward. The researcher used three important factors that can enhance in the quality services which will be knowledge and skill, communication and patient safety. A strong quality training, continuous nursing education and on job training can increase the quality in general ward.
