Abstract
|
The pricing of the properties had increased tremendously especially in the Klang Valley due to limited land bank. As a result, the market trend has changed to develop high rise premises. Furthermore, due to the price fluctuation of properties, not many businesses could afford to rent or purchase the huge office lots. As a result, SOFO or “Small Office Flexible Office” - are much demanded. Property development of commercial units remains the most attractive due to high return on investment which provides higher profit margin to the property developers. Hence, it would be easy to enter the Malaysian market, as long as the developers have sufficient initial capitals and ability to obtain land for development.
