The purpose of this research is to better understand what are the attributes or factors that affect customer satisfaction, why customer satisfaction is important and how to increase customer satisfaction to ensure the company survives in the competitive banking industry. This study was carried out at AmBank Taman Setia Tropika Branch, Johor Bahm with limited of I20 respondents completing the survey. Data was collected using questionnaire.
