In order to have a smooth system implementation and satisfied users requirement, the analysis and design stage are very important. The findings of this research will serve as guidance to the new system implementation during analysis and design stage. Four suggested hypotheses were tested. As the result of the research, two hypotheses were rejected and another two hypotheses were accepted. The conclusion and suggestions of the research can be utilized by the project implementation team and management to generate effective strategies and approaches to improve system implementation. This research will study the social and organizational factors impacting peoples’ acceptance of new IT system deployment to improve business performance.
