Abstract
|
In recent years, ecommerce has become so popular among all the consumers. The trend to shop online has been found growing rapidly over this few years. Thus, the persistence of this research is to study the factors affecting consumers spending behaviour in e commerce in Perak. Based on the earlier studies that have been conducted by other researchers, they realized that there is a significant relationship between these four variables and consumer online shopping intention. I had distributed 120 survey questionnaires to consumers in Ipoh to gather the primary data for this research. The Cronbach’s Alpha Reliability test has been used to conduct on every hypotheses which shown high reliability outcomes. In addition, I have used Pearson Correlation Coefficient to analyses 120 responses from the questionnaires that I have obtained. The argument of the findings, implications of the study, limitations for the study, and recommendation for future research are discussed in the end of this study.
