Abstract
|
The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that Lynn Printers finds in Generation Y employees that makes them hard to be managed. In viewing these factors, four major Generation Y traits were analyzed and studied to investigate further on the significant of the factors with Generation Y. The study research were conducted with 134 Generation Y employees of Lynn Printers Sdn Bhd. The data gathered were analyses using Frequency, mean, standard deviation and correlation analysis. The result of the study conducted supported the Generation Y’s traits connection with the factors investigated. The research also provide recommendation for the organization to improve the management to overcome the challenges faced with Generation Y employees. It provide an insight to Lynn Printers Sdn Bhd management to review their management style with young generation.
