Abstract
|
In this study, teachers' motivation is examined base on the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation by using Self-Determination Theory (Deci & Ryan), whereas, teachers' self-efficacy is examined base on Bandura Social Cognitive Theory. Students' English performance in this study is about the ability of reading, writing, listening and speaking skills and several other aspects of English learning of the students. The aim of his study is to investigate how teachers' motivation and self-efficacy has an effect on students' English performance.
