Abstract
|
The purpose of this article is to identify and validate empirically the determinants that might
lead to customer satisfaction in the context of online shopping across Malaysia. It is
hypothesized that qualities of product information, user interface, security and privacy,
delivery services and customer support are positively related to satisfaction of online
shoppers. The survey results confirm that user interface, security and privacy, delivery
services and customer support have a significant impact on the satisfaction of online
shoppers. The results served as significant implication to online retailer in Malaysia. The
limitation of the study and recommendation for future research will be discussed at the end
of the study.
