Title Factors that lead to high employee turnover of ABC enterprise manufacturing Sdn Bhd / Chea Hui Wen
Abstract Employee turnover is the human resource problem that would happen in every company. The negative impacts of the turnover problem would affect the daily operation and need to bear high recruitment cost and training cost in order to resume the operation organization back to normal. The main purpose of this study is to investigate and get insight what the drivers that lead to high employee turnover in recent months in ABC Enterprise Sdn Bhd. This study was done among the staffs and workers of the company via questionnaires and collect secondary data from personnel department. From the data analysis, it is found that all the hypotheses are accepted and all the independent variables namely salary and benefits, organization culture, job stress, management style and alternative job opportunities has significant relationship with the dependant variable namely employee turnover. Hence, it is important for management to know the reasons behind that trigger to the problem severity so that they can plan for remedial actions to reduce turnover from getting serious in future.
